Aris Seirinidis
Dikastikes Filakes Koridallos
T.K. 18110
Athens, Greece

Aris was arrested in Athens on May 3, 2010 (the same day as Simos Seisidis) during a random police identity check and initially charged with “weapons possession” (he was carrying a handgun) and “resisting arrest.” The mass media and police immediately began a disinformation campaign, suggesting that Aris and Simos Seisidis had perpetrated a “bloody robbery” at a Praktiker hardware store. A day later, the authorities rejected that version of events, and on May 7 they decided to grant Aris a provisional release. However, the pigs weren’t satisfied with that decision, and a new arrest warrant was issued for him just before his release. This time, Aris was charged with a police shooting that happened last year. One afternoon at the beginning of July 2009, someone wearing shorts, sandals, a Mexican sombrero, and a surgical mask walked out on to Harilaou Trikoupi Street in Exarcheia and opened fire on a riot police unit guarding the headquarters of the socialist PASOK party.

Giorgos Voutsis-Vogiatsis, sentenced for bank robbery, has been out for almost 2 months, from September 2010

Simos Seisidis
Nosokomeio Kratoumenon Koridallou
T.K. 18110 Koridallos
Athens
Greece

Simos Seisidis is an anarchist arrested on May 3d by police in Athens. Simos had had a price on his head for a long time, accused of being a member of the so-called “robbers in black” (oi listes me ta maura) who were, allegedly, a group to which imprisoned anarchist Yiannis Dimitrakis also belonged to.
During his arrest on May 4th, Simos was shot in the leg by police and injured heavily; he was also beaten badly on the spot.
On Friday, May 28th it was announced that his health condition worsened rapidly and that Simos had an emergency operation and had his leg amputated.
Simos has now put on his artificial leg (c-leg) which was bought for 37.000 euro with the contribution of the whole movement. It takes a few months until he learns how to use it perfectly.
The court case for the shooting has closed. The prosecutor was in a hurry to get rid of it... She didnt even wait for the coroner's report on the amputated leg that was ordered FIVE MONTHS AGO and is delayed for an “unknown” reason (not at all unknown, we already know it...)
On the 19th and 24th of November are two trials for the same case: the seven robberies in the case of “the robbers in black”. He was sentenced for that to 7.5 years without showing up to court during the time he was outlawed. He was sentenced even for what GIANNIS DIMITRAKIS WAS FOUND INNOCENT OF. On the 19th is the trial to cancel the first trial, and on the 24th is the appeals court (if the cancelling is not accepted).

The 19 year old was arrested accused of arson of a car of the national electricity company. The charges of the comrade are with the “anti-terrorist” law:
